Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Estimated Delivery: For items in stock, the typical delivery window is 7-15 business days.

Exceptions: Please note that delivery times may be extended during extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected customs delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Coverage

Shipping Method: To ensure the safety of our machines, we primarily use Ocean Freight followed by Local Truck Delivery (LTL) for the final mile.

Coverage Area: We provide comprehensive shipping coverage across all of North America (including the contiguous United States and Canada).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website and entering your order details.

5. Delivery Inspection

As our products are large machinery, we highly recommend inspecting the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any significant damage to the crate or box, please take photos and contact our support team immediately before signing for the delivery.
