1. Return Policy

Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Shipping Costs:

Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., "no longer needed," "purchased by mistake"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Our Responsibility: If the machine is received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please log in to your account, navigate to the "My Orders" section, select the relevant order, and click the "Request Refund" button. Follow the prompts to complete your submission.

3. Processing & Refund Time

Inspection & Approval: Once we receive the returned machine and complete a technical inspection, we will process your request within 1-3 business days.

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Arrival Time: Please note that the time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card) and may vary.

4.Return Conditions for Machines

To be eligible for a full refund, the machine must be in the same condition that you received it:

The machine must be unused (or have only been tested briefly) and free from any signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all internal protective foam and boxes.

All accessories (manuals, power cables, tools, and remote controls) must be included in the return package.

We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee if the machine is returned incomplete or damaged due to improper repacking.
