Nayax is a world-leading provider of cashless payment and telemetry solutions for the unattended retail sector. With a robust payment system, comprehensive back-office management, and global regulatory compliance, Nayax has become the preferred choice for vending operators worldwide, serving hundreds of thousands of devices globally.
At Manovix, our vending machines are fully compatible with the Nayax VPOS Touch—the flagship terminal designed specifically for unattended environments. It is renowned for its exceptional compatibility and rock-solid stability.
Key Advantages of VPOS Touch:
Universal Payment Acceptance: Supports over 80 payment methods, including chip, contactless (NFC), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and QR codes, across 50+ currencies.
Industrial-Grade Durability: Rated IP55 for dust and water resistance, featuring a Gorilla Glass screen. It operates across a wide temperature range, ensuring zero-failure performance in outdoor, high-dust, or high-humidity environments.
Smart Telemetry & Operations: Features remote firmware updates, real-time data transmission, inventory monitoring, and instant error alerts via the Nayax management portal.
Plug-and-Play Compatibility: Supports major industry protocols and is perfectly adapted for the Manovix M6K-1 and other models, making installation effortless.
Top-Tier Security: EMV certified with built-in anti-fraud systems to protect transaction data and minimize financial risks.
The communication protocol between the card reader and the Vending Machine Controller (VMC) determines the stability and functionality of your machine.
Principle: The industry standard. The reader acts as a peripheral connected to the VMC’s MDB port. The VMC handles all logic (pricing, inventory), while the reader serves as the payment interface.
Pros: Highly compatible with almost all standard vending machines; true "plug-and-play" reliability.
Cons: The VMC maintains total control, limiting the ability to modify machine-level parameters remotely via the Nayax cloud.
Principle: Communication via RS232 or TTL serial ports. The Nayax Marshall Protocol allows for deeper integration between the reader and the machine.
Pros: Supports complex interactions. The reader can report specific machine error codes, inventory changes, and enable remote price adjustments or firmware updates.
Deep Comparison: MDB is ideal for standard, fast deployment focusing on payment stability. Marshall/Serial protocols are better suited for high-end, customized smart operations seeking "Cloud-to-Machine" integration.
The Manovix M6K-1 does not come with a pre-installed reader but is designed for easy DIY installation. No specialized tools are required. Follow these steps:
Power Down: Turn off the main power of the Manovix M6K-1 and unplug it. Ensure the device is completely powered off to prevent short circuits or electrostatic damage.
Mounting: Locate the pre-cut payment slot on the front door. Align the VPOS Touch with the mounting holes and secure it with the provided nuts, ensuring the screen is unobstructed and user-facing.
Wiring: Connect the MDB/Serial cable from the reader to the port labeled “Nayax/Payment” on the VMC. Secure the connector and ensure wires are not pinched or tangled.
Power On Test: Reconnect the power. If the Nayax logo appears on the reader screen, the hardware is correctly installed. If not, re-check the connections and power supply.
Finalize: Secure the internal wiring with cable ties to avoid interference with the dispensing mechanism. Close the front door.
Activation must be processed through the dedicated Manovix channel. Please ensure all information is accurate to avoid account suspension.
Locate the 16-digit Serial Number (SN)
Method 1: Check the sticker on the back of the reader (located on the back cover).
Method 2: Once powered on, the SN will be displayed on the reader's home screen (usually a 14-16 digit numeric code).

| Cashless Only | $7.99/mo | Basic cashless payments (NFC/Swipe); Basic transaction tracking; 24/7 support. | Small operators or single-machine setups. |
| Management Suite | $15.99/mo | All payment methods; Real-time inventory alerts; Advanced sales reports; Remote diagnostics. | Fleet operators requiring data-driven maintenance. |
| Premium Enterprise | $24.99/mo | Everything in Management Suite; API Integration; Dedicated account manager; Multi-account access. | Large-scale brands and system integrators. |

"V00" Error on Screen
Cause: Device not activated, no network, or protocol failure.
Solution: Verify your KYC approval status; check 4G antenna placement; re-plug MDB cables.
Transaction Failed (No Product Dispensed)
Cause: Network lag, unpaid monthly fees, motor jam, or protocol mismatch.
Solution: Check if the screen says "Online"; verify account status in Nayax Core; perform a motor self-test on the machine.
Blank Screen / No Power
Solution: Ensure the VMC is outputting steady power; check if the MDB cable is loose; try a different power port if available.
Data Not Syncing / Missing Reports
Solution: Ensure a strong signal (check DBM values); reboot the device to force a data upload; contact Nayax support to check the data gateway.
