While pet owners wait, they appreciate being able to get a cold bottle of water. The machine is sturdy and handles constant use without issue. The remote monitoring lets us know when to restock. Excellent product!

Before I bought it, I thought you had to use buttons to set everything up. Turns out, it's all done through the touchscreen! But it's no big deal because the setup was super simple, and you only really do it once. For my customers, they just use the buttons to buy stuff, which is perfect for me.

Got the machine and tested it right away. Setting the prices was easy. At first, it wouldn't give change after a purchase. I talked to support on WhatsApp, and it turned out I just hadn't put enough coins in! So, a tip for everyone: make sure you load plenty of coins for the change. Oh, and by the way, the coin return box only gives out $0.25 coins, which is totally fine for me.
