Return Policy

At Manovix, our main goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned goods, unless wrong items were shipped or there are product defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with instructions manual all accessories. Otherwise, restocking fees applies. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return

Our customer service team will send authorization to return if applicable
Place item and all other materials, manuals and accessories in their original box. 
Print and tape on the shipping label and drop off to local carrier. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service at markjoeam@gmail.com or simply reply to the order confirmation email with your cancellation request. Manovix will do our best to try and assist you promptly and in a timely matter. However, special order, marked as shipped and drop shipped items cannot be cancelled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply on special order items and items marked as assembly. In the event that an item cannot be cancelled, customers are able to return eligible items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
In the event that an item was shipped damaged or incorrect, Manovix will replace or issue a refund for the product as well as any applicable shipping costs. It is the responsibility of the customer to document any type of mistake or damage at the time of delivery before applying a signature. All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Manovix recommends that customers ensure to examine and count all items that are delivered and to note any error on the Bill of Landing (BOL). Any damage not documented at the time of delivery must be recorded immediately and reported to customer service. It is suggested that customers take pictures of any type of error or damage and to keep all original packaging.
Manovix may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.

Warranties

Manufacturers warranties vary by product, but we stand by all of the products we sell and are very happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned including:
Custom products and special order products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
